All reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a deposit. This deposit should be one haif (1/2) the expected total billing and should be received 15 days following your room request.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
.Notice of cancellation must be received 7 days in advance to ensure return of deposit. Guests will be billed 50% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is received less than 7 days in advance. We have a minimum of $15.00 cancellation fee for all bookings.
Note: If there is a group reservation for 3 to 4 rooms, our cancellation policy is 4 weeks in advance.
